Matthias Tanzman es Dj desde 1996 y desde entonces ha recorrido cada uno de los pliegues del house ya sea más deep o del pistero. Sus producciones se concentran sobretodo en su sello Moon Harbour, el sello de deep house de Leipzig -antes Alemania comunista-. Forma el trío Deep Drawnjunto a sus compañeros Alexander Voigt y Mario Weise. En marzo de 2005 se estrena en el sello de Steve Bug, Poker Flat Recordings, con el maxi Tanzbug -un juego de palabras con los dos apellidos, el de Steve y el de Matthias que lo firman a medias-.
